Some of my happiest moments have been spent getting completely swept away by the arts. You never know where inspiration will come from – it might be a melody, a painting, a costume, or even in that quiet moment when the lights dim and the curtain rises. If you’re at a museum, check out the AVLD museum companion guide to spark inspiration no matter which museum you check out. If you’re not able to make it out today, bring the arts home! Put on your favorite concert movie, watch a classic film, or listen to an album you’ve been meaning to discover. However you choose to celebrate, I hope today reminds you just how much beauty there is in the arts…and how lucky we are to share it together.
